Loss/Damages

Personal valuables are your own responsibility. Style by Lina cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items or motor vehicles parked outside. cannot accept liability for loss or damage so please leave valuables at home.

Refunds

We do not offer guarantees, nor exchanges no refunds  for any completed services. However if you experience any dissatisfaction with any aspect of your experience with Style by Lina, please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.

Due to the nature of different screen resolutions I cannot guarantee that the images are an accurate representation of the products.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice whenever possible

If the stylist is not available to carry out your services through circumstances beyond our control we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone where possible.

Punctuality & Courtesy

As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. Please do not ask the impossible, we will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated, or suggest a re-booking.

Payment

Credit/Debit Cards are not acceptable.

We accept payment by either cash or cheque.

An Internet transfer can be acceptable if completed prior the service.

Price alteration
We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without prior notice

Wedding deposits

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a wedding date.

Hair extensions deposit

Following your hair extensions consultation, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the order of the hair product for you.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building

Medication

If you are taking medication, under a consultant, pregnant, have allergies or any other medical conditions please make us aware and consult a doctor before attending.

Travel expenses

In the event of travelling to your wedding or other event we charge £10 for travelling within Milton Keynes.

Charges for travels outside of Milton Keynes should be agreed in advance.
